Coach Raymond timing 1:40:51 (Swim=18.37min (750m), Bike=43.34min (20km), Run=38.40min (5km) ).
Four of us join sprint triathlon this year. All of us also get a flying result, and personal satisfaction is 100%.

We form 8 teams this time, really having a lot of fun on this year PDIT2014.
