Breast Stroke
Head- swim breast stroke must always aware on the head. The head must be in line with the spine. In addition, the chin must be touch chest.
Eyes- always remember to look at the bottom when you not breathing, bring your head up and breathing.
Shoulder and chest- tip up and down, the shoulder must be lift and squeeze in toward and touch your ears
Arms- remember your swimming body for breast stroke must be like symmetry. Right and left hand must be look like a mirror. Band elbow and pull, and do a clap position at the belly button.
Forearm and hand pull - Propulsive surface starts as hand through shoulder as the arms sweep out and up, then changes to hands through elbow as hands sweep towards each other as elbows squeeze together.
Breathing- every cycle you pull and breath, Remember rule of thumb, inhale with nose, and exhale with month.
Legs - Fast motion of ankles both up towards the hip (kick recovery) and through the kick action (back and slightly out to full extension)
