Raymond Ho is the main swimming instructor and the founder of Manta Ray Swimming Academy. He had more than 20 years swimming experiences and he had become a competitive swimmer since 1998. He started to teach swimming as an assistance instructor since 2004. He had become a qualified life guard in 2006 as he had obtained Bronze Medallion and Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certificate from Life Saving Society Malaysia (LSSM)
He has a lot of achievements. He is a national swimmer for Malaysia in Asean University Game (AUG) in 2008. He is an undergraduate from a Malaysia’s premium university, University of Malaya. Throughout the 4 years, he is very active in participating swimming competitions. He is represent UM for SUKMUM and MASUM, AUG swimming competition and manages to obtain many medals for University of Malaya. Eventually he manages to obtain 2 significant awards (Anugerah Khas Sukan Universiti Malaya 2008) and (Bintang Harapan Universiti Malaya 2009). He is the state swimmer for Johor Malaysia and had participates the swimming competition organized by Majlis Sukan Sekolah-Sekolah Malaysia (MSSM). Beside the swimming achievement, he is a qualify diver. He got official license from PADI as advanced scuba diver.
